Our Story
Our story began 15 years ago with our passion to support business and non-profit teams by providing a fun and engaging way to learn and grow together. It was out of that vision that Pracownia Gier Szkoleniowych was born and focused primarily on the Polish market.
As our world has changed, and businesses are learning to manage remote and hybrid working teams, we realized that the need to create dynamic, team-building learning experiences was even more necessary. Assimilate was created, with a global reach, to help your teams navigate the challenges they are experiencing, and learn new information and ideas, through a fun, dynamic on-line experience.

The project's goal is to acquire expert knowledge in the field of introducing training industry products to the US market, resulting in the development of an expansion strategy and its subsequent implementation in the international phase. As a result of the project's implementation, export sales of products offered by Assimilate in the target market will commence.
