PhD, Joanna Średnicka (CEO, Assimilate)
Joanna Średnicka, PhD, is an entrepreneur and expert in organizational development and game-based training. As co-founder of the Competence Game, Game Changers Academy, and Assimilate, she designs award-winning simulations that strengthen teamwork, leadership, and company culture. She brings over 2000 hours of experience in experiential corporate training.
Neal Wendel
Neal is a highly experienced HR Executive who spent his career in Training & Development and HR Business Partner roles in the Financial Services industry. He has provided career coaching to entry level employees at Citibank, American Express, JP Morgan Chase, Credit Suisse and Marsh.
Neal has served as a mentor to early career employees, helping them navigate and integrate into corporate environments.
Ekta Lall Mittal
Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience spanning diverse industries and organizations. She has cultivated a robust skill set in HR Technology and Transformations focusing on enhancing end-to-end employee experience. As a mentor at Women Unlimited and an advisory board member for startups, she is committed to nurturing talent and contributing strategic insights that propel business success. She is a guest author for Transform and shares her perspectives on navigating HR technologies in this fast paced environment.
